Shipping policy

All shipping is conducted using UPS ground. Wolfhaus Tattoo Supply is not responsible for orders containing ink or other liquid products shipped during winter months. All efforts will be exhausted to prevent the freezing of inks, soaps, and other liquid products. Orders containing these products will be shipped with disposable hand warmers and may be delayed in order to prevent your package sitting in the cold over a long weekend. We appreciate your understanding.
